Creanord partners with Lännen Puhelin

Creanord and Lännen Puhelin have signed a cooperation contract for Creanord Verified services.

Lännen Puhelin delivers a wide variety of voice, data and mobile services for both corporate and consumer customers. Creanord Verified services became an important part of Lännen Puhelin′s quality assurance services for the rapidly expanding IP service installations.

Creanord Verified services enable Lännen Puhelin to audit networks either delivered by Lännen Puhelin or other service providers. From the customers perspective it is essential that the IP service runs smoothly no matter who are the providers. "It is our goal to ensure the networks quality and high customer experience regardless who is the actual network or service provider" says Jari Aalto, VoIP service specialist from Lännen Puhelin.

"In addition of auditing the networks this applies also for identifying and locating possible bottlenecks and errors that might occur in our customer′s network for whom we have provided the IP service but the physical network is at least partly provided by one of our partners. We have the tools to pinpoint the problem wheatear it lays on our customers Local Area Network, in other service provider′s network or in our own network", Jari Aalto continues.

Lännen Puhelin is a local telecommunications provider owned by its customers. Lännen Puhelin operates in the region of 23 municipalities in Satakunta and Varsinais-Suomi in South-West Finland. The company′s turnover in 2006 was 47.1 million euros.

Creanord strengthens partnership with Plenware

Creanord is expanding

Creanord establishes new office in Stockholm to answer the growing demand for verification services in the Nordic countries. The Swedish office will serve Swedish, Norwegian and Danish customers.

The office is located in the Kista Tower fairly near the Arlanda airport. The Finnish office will continue to serve the Finnish, Baltic and Russian customers and Partners.

Through the new local office in Sweden Creanord is able to reach new market areas which are hard to penetrate directly from Finland. For Creanord’s existing Swedish customers the new office is also welcomed news.

Creanord is also growing in Finland and will be reinforced with technical experts.

Creanord partners with Priortest

Creanord and Priortest have signed a cooperation contract for Creanord Verified services.

Priortest offers a variety of quality assurance services, from consulting to outsourced software testing projects, in both fixed and wireless networks. Priortest now includes Creanord Verified services as part of their quality assurance and stress test services offering.
